Information has never been more accessible and abundant.
While this can be very liberating and encouraging, you may have found that there is a large amount of  inconsistency in the information available. This can quickly become very overwhelming and confusing.  
It is also easy to fall in the trap of blindly trusting questionable sources and data simply based on catchy headlines or a false sense of authority. 
In order to avoid making ignorant conclusions. it is important to question what you read; consider any author bias, conflict of interest, the scientific method and opposing viewpoints. Most importantly apply your critical thinking skills and build your own solid understanding. This way you can and make informed decisions and take control of your health!
